Unitel and SYLink Technologie launch UniSOC, a sovereign AI-augmented SOC
Marseille / Lille, March 31, 2026 — InCyber Forum Europe 2026
At the InCyber Forum Europe 2026, Unitel and SYLink Technologie are announcing the launch of UniSOC, a next-generation Security Operations Center (SOC) platform designed and deployed in France. This sovereign solution, augmented by artificial intelligence, aims to durably strengthen the protection of companies, public bodies and territories against the rapid evolution of cyber threats. It is part of a French vision of cybersecurity, founded on sovereignty, operational proximity and data control.
Developed in Marseille by SYLink Technologie and operated on Unitel Cloud Services' sovereign infrastructure, UniSOC enables organizations to detect, understand and remediate attacks faster. The platform relies on a unified approach combining supervision, detection and remediation support, while ensuring that data stays under the organization's control. This architecture answers a growing need from public and private actors: powerful tools that are simple to operate, with no dependency on foreign infrastructure.

UniSOC has also been designed as a field solution, capable of supporting the rise of regional Cyber Campuses and local governments. In that vein, the technology is made available to Cyber Campuses to strengthen their diagnostic, detection and coordination capabilities in the face of security incidents. The goal is twofold: improve regional responsiveness to threats and structure, as close to the field as possible, a cyber ecosystem combining technical expertise, operational support and local remediation relays.
An initial pilot run since the end of 2025 with the Euromed Cyber Campus has demonstrated the relevance of this approach. The observed results highlighted the model's effectiveness, with a high true-positive rate and strong responsiveness from the mobilized teams. The pilot confirms the value of a sovereign on-the-ground SOC, capable not only of improving detection but also of upskilling local actors and creating opportunities for cybersecurity specialists attached to regional campuses.
The solution has been designed to be quickly deployable, without heavy IS transformation. UniSOC is available on-premise or in French sovereign hosting, allowing organizations to choose the deployment mode best suited to their technical, regulatory and operational constraints. AI models run locally, guaranteeing data confidentiality and full control over processing. This approach directly answers the expectations of organizations that seek a high level of security while keeping strict control of their digital environment.

The launch comes in a context marked by tightening regulatory requirements, particularly with the NIS2 directive entering into force. UniSOC offers a concrete answer to companies and public bodies wishing to improve their cyber posture while embedding compliance into their roadmap. The platform contributes to making cybersecurity more accessible, more operational and better aligned with new regulatory and territorial requirements.
Through this partnership, the Unitel Group and SYLink Technologie share a common ambition: to contribute to the construction of a sovereign French cyber ecosystem, structured and rooted in the territories, in service of national economic resilience. The convergence of sovereign infrastructure, technological innovation and cyber expertise illustrates a clear desire to offer French actors concrete solutions, deployable quickly and adapted to field realities.
David Legeay, R&D at SYLink Technologie, says:
"We designed UniSOC to allow every organization to quickly strengthen its security with a high-performance, easy-to-deploy solution."
Kevin Polizzi, President of the Unitel Group, adds:
"Accelerating the Cyber Campuses' momentum with sovereign real-time diagnostic solutions strengthens their public-service mission while ensuring effective coordination with regional players."

About Campus Cyber.IA Euromed
The Euromed Cyber Campus is the first regional campus operating at the convergence of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. Located at the heart of Euroméditerranée in Marseille, a natural Euro-Mediterranean crossroads, it structures its action around four convictions:
-
Cybersecurity remains the foundation: protect the organizations, data and critical infrastructure of the territory.
-
AI is a strategic lever every organization must be able to adopt and operate with confidence.
-
AI systems themselves must be secured: robustness, governance, compliance (AI Act, NIS2).
-
AI is reshaping the cyber battlefield: it arms attackers as much as it strengthens defenders.
