Why train in-house rather than pay for an anonymous MOOC?

A MOOC doesn't measure your company culture, doesn't adapt to your real cases, and the certificate has no legal value. From what size do you need a real training approach?

Starting with the first employee. A solo professional must recognize a fake bank-account change. A 10-person small business must have annual mandatory N1 — it's the contractual baseline of any cyber-insurance policy. For mid-market and enterprises, progressive N1 → N3 plan over 12 months. For OIV CISOs / Exec: Learn N4 including crisis management and communications.

What does a session actually look like?

A 7-hour day (9–12, 14–18). Concepts presented by our trainer, interactive role-plays, live phishing simulation, Q&A, sector-specific lessons learned. Each participant receives a workbook and a named certificate at the end of the day. The CISO or HR director has access to the training register for their skills-development plan.

What does the N4 module for the executive committee bring?

N4 is dedicated to network admins, CISOs and IT decision-makers — those who must justify the cyber budget, communicate during a crisis, and carry the security voice to the executive committee. Program: integrating security into projects, cybersecurity job profiles, incident communications, tabletop exercise on a ransomware or massive-leak scenario.
