Preamble
These terms of use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the SYLink customer portal, accessible at https://*.sylink.com/ and https://*.sylink.fr/ (the "Portal"), published by SYLink Technologie SAS, registered with the Clermont-Ferrand Commercial Court under number 829 104 595, with registered office at 35 rue Blatin, 63000 Clermont-Ferrand.
Accessing and using the Portal constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. SYLink Technologie reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time without notice. Users are responsible for reviewing them regularly.

Hosting
The Portal is hosted by OVH SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €10,069,020, registered with the Lille Métropole Commercial Court under number 424 761 419 00045, with registered office at 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. Service used: Private Cloud — VIP support.
Intellectual property
Accessing the Portal grants the user no intellectual-property rights to it. All content — text, photographs, videos, data, posters, logos, trademarks, source code, general structure — remains the exclusive property of SYLink Technologie SAS and its partners, and is protected under applicable copyright, related rights and trademark law, including the SYLink® trademark.
No reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission or adaptation, in whole or in part, of the Portal or any of its elements, by any means whatsoever, on any medium, is authorized without the prior written permission of SYLink Technologie SAS. Any unauthorized use may give rise to civil or criminal proceedings.
Warranties
The Portal is provided "as is", without express or implied warranty. SYLink Technologie SAS does not warrant in particular that:
- the content will exactly match the user's needs;
- the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure and error-free;
- the platform will be entirely free of viruses or malicious code.
Software downloaded from the Portal is at the user's own risk. No advice or information, oral or written, obtained from SYLink Technologie shall create any warranty other than those expressly stated in these Terms.
Limitation of liability
The company shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages, in particular loss of profits, customers, data or any intangible assets, that may arise from use of, or inability to use, the Portal.
The company shall likewise not be liable for any hacking of the Portal or its consequences for users, nor for the access conditions or content of third-party sites from which the Portal may be accessed.
Closure or suspension of the site
SYLink Technologie SAS reserves the right to modify, temporarily interrupt or permanently suspend all or part of the Portal's features without notice or compensation. The company shall not be liable for modifications, interruptions or suspensions of the service.
User obligations
The user agrees to:
- not use the Portal for unlawful purposes or in any way harmful to SYLink Technologie SAS;
- not transfer information from the Portal to third parties for consideration;
- have equipment and a connection meeting the minimum technical requirements;
- not engage in automated data processing or substantial extraction from databases.
Any breach of these obligations may result in immediate suspension of access to the Portal, without prejudice to subsequent legal action.
Personal data
SYLink Technologie SAS processes personal data for purposes of communicating with users and measuring audience. Data collected via contact forms is processed solely by authorized SYLink Technologie staff to respond to user requests and is not shared with commercial third parties.
Data submitted through contact forms is kept for 2 years, after which it is fully deleted.
In accordance with French Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 (as amended) and the GDPR, users have the right to access, rectify, modify, object to and delete their personal data. These rights can be exercised via the contact form, after identity verification, or by emailing the Data Protection Officer: [email protected].
Cookies
The Portal uses cookies whose management is detailed in our legal notice. Three categories are distinguished: technical (always active), functional (consent), marketing & tracking (consent). You can change your choices at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
Governing law and disputes
The Portal is subject to French law. Any dispute relating to its use shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the Clermont-Ferrand Commercial Court district, save for any imperative legal provision to the contrary.
